The white tropic sugarpaste from Massa Ticino is made in Switzerland and can be used over a wide temperature and humidity range. The vanilla flavour sugarpaste with consistent great workability is the professional choice of many cake decorators. Use the sugarpaste for covering and decorating cakes and cupcakes, but it is also great for modelling.
The ready-to-use paste has a very fine structure and is elastic. There will be no elephant-skin, tearing, ripping or cracking. You can even roll out this sugarpaste very thinly until a thickness of 1.5 - 3 mm. There will be no premature drying out during handling. And it has an excellent coverage and a matt finish.
You can easily colour and flavour the white paste in your desired colour and flavour. Mix the various colours of Massa Ticino to create many great colours.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup (wheat), water, vegetable fat (palm), vegetable oil (sunflower), thickener (E413), stabilizer (E422), acidity regulator (E330), preservative (E200), flavour (vanilla). This product is AZO-free and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Storage: store in a cool, dry and dark place (12-20°C).
