The FunCakes mix for Enchanted Cream is a handy mix for making a light and fluffy snow white cream with vanilla flavour. Use the cream for decorating cupcakes and cakes.
This cream has an easy and quick preparation and is lighter than buttercream. Due to the natural flavour you can add your own flavouring to the cream without trouble.
Preparation: For 1 portion Enchanted Cream. Mix 150 g mix, 100 ml milk and 100 ml water for 3 minutes at high speed. Add a FunCakes flavouring to your preference. The cream is suited as filling or to decorate with and can be used immediately. Produced cream can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, stir before reuse. If preferred, mix can be prepared with only milk (200 ml) or only water (200 ml). One serving of Enchanted Cream is sufficient for filling 2 layers and covering 1 Ø25 cm cake, or for piping swirls on approx. 24-30 cupcakes.
