The House of Cake Jelly Diamonds are beautiful edible diamonds for decorating cupcakes, cakes and more. Use them for example on celebration or wedding cakes.
When you freeze the diamond before use, you can easily remove them from the packaging.
Ingredients: water, humectant (E422), glycose syrup, gelatine (pork), acidity regulator (E330), preservative (E202). May also contain traces of milk, nuts, soya and sulphites.
Size: approx. 10 mm.
Content: 20 pieces.
Storage: store in a cool, dry place. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C.
